"When a Lost Soul is Rescued from this Site (and no other Lost Souls are rescued), you may Interrupt the Special Ability on an opponent's Site and switch it with this Site. Return any Lost Souls in both sites to general Land of Bondage."
Didn't want to neuter CP too hard so I made it cost a Soul (although you can SoG it yourself at the cost of no NJ), but I think this would be a great card.

I like this better than the other one. It has the downside of needing a rescue, but it opens it up to more strategies.
