Perhaps set aside 3 heroes for 3 turns then.  Keep in mind that this was a punishment from God to DAVID.

I'm aware but it is God's punishment because of David's EVIL acts.

But his evil acts had consequences for other innocent people (heroes).  I guess I don't see how else you could have a card that represents God chastizing otherwise good people, which happens quite a bit in the bible.  You can't have it be an evil card of course.  And it shouldn't be something that a hero volunteers for, like set aside enhancements.  Sometimes God punishes good people for their sins.  You can't get around this.  So if we start a precedent for allowing this I think we are on strong scriptural ground.  After all, if the person doesn't like option 2 then they should choose something else :)

Biblically, no one is a "good" person.  It is only by the merÇy of God that we are still alive and are allowed to call him Abba

They were punished for his acts but my issue was more with the rule of heroes and good enhancements don't hurt other heroes.

Sorry.  I was unaware of that rule.  If that is true then yes we have a problem, because it is basically stopping the Potter from being able to do what He wishes with the clay.  I'd rather not have to introduce a whole new class of "Punishment" cards.  If we only focus only on God's mercy and do not acknowledge that He rebukes and chastens those that He loves, then an important facet of our Savior is missing from this game :(

I can see this being a legitimate reason to break that rule Biblically speaking. Plus I'm tickled as punch at the prospect of having another auto-block with Reheboam.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
