-artifact
-Baal may be activated on prophets of Baal. Protect all evil characters with no special abilities from capture, conversion, and removal from game. Negate and discard artifact and all prophets of baal if elijah enters battle. Otherwise, CBN.
I wanted to have an evil verson of WONL. Since windows can be active in a temple, I wanted Baal to be active somewhere other than the art pile.
Even though Baal can't be DONd, there are a few cards that discards idols (and it goes away against Elijah) so I believe it balanced it out.

Nah, Baal needs to be a dual-colored Civilization demon. Altar to Baal, however, the idea isn't really fresh, and EC's rarely face Capture or Removal anyway, except by their own hand, which would make this borked when using ITB+Removal cards.
