Inspired by the Anti-First Turn Mayhem thread.

Chaos
[Black Curse | 2/4 | Isaiah 34:11]
Once per turn, when a deck is shuffled, you may have its owner reveal the top 2 cards. You may add one revealed card (except a Dominant or Lost Soul) to your hand. May be used twice.

Does the limit make it balanced or underpowered? I wasn't sure how many would be a good amount, so I went with the default of twice.

It's slightly on the underpowered side, if only because I can only do it twice in T2, I can't see it being used there. I think 2 is a good number for T1 though, so the only change that I'd make is to change the limit simply to 'May be used twice'

I was thinking that, too, but I didn't know how to write a limit of once per turn and twice per card without it sounding weird, lol.

Attempted to fix, though it seems worded a little weird to me.

Limit to one use per turn and two uses per game.

Player may either spill pop, sneeze, or  brush across all cards in play with card sleeves.
All cards turned face up or off the table are discarded and all cards face down go into deck.
