i'd get paint shop pro 11, i got it for 30-40 bucks. The retail was $120, but then Corel lowered it to $80. I got it on clickcooldeals.com. you might want to search google to search for it if the site does not come up. I have version 7 and 11. 11 sometimes won't work. good luck  ;)

Does anyone have the fonts that Cactus uses on the cards? I'm working on a complete Lord of the Rings set (with MS Paint >:() and I have a template and all the pictures I need, but I can't find fonts that look right. Can someone help?

I'm not 100% sure, an answer would help me also.

I was thinking about making a LotR one, or I was just thinking that it would be cool. Best of luck to you. I'm sure you can find PSP (paint Shop Pro) in eBay. try clickcooldeals.com. I got PSP11 for $30. thats totally cheap!

it is on mosestaff's website.  I do not remember the url, but it exists.  All I know is the LITTLE text between the pic and verse)  is ariel

It's actually on my website:

The fonts are Lucian, CG Omega, and Verdana (it used to be Arial).

Sorry I forgot your website, That is a good way to create card if do not have photoshop.
on my template. I use these fonts.
For the card name, ability text, and points, I use Times New Roman.
For the bible verse, I use Bernhard Modern Std
And for the artist text, I use Helvetica Neue

Ok, thanks for the info. However, I can't find free versions of some of them, and don't feel like paying for fonts... :-\ Would anyone be willing to send me the fonts, or maybe tell me the names of some similar free ones? Thanks. :)

I would just go through the fonts you have, compare it to a real card, and see what works best. If you are a little off, thats ok.

A lot of my template work, I had to that. I had to do a little work to find the right images to work for the backgrounds.

There is a free version of BernhardMod, not quite the same as the one mosestaff uses, but it's really really close.  It's what I've been using on My New Cards.

The same font is used on cards for the title, ability, numbers, and verse. I'm not sure why you use something really close to Lucian (Bernhard) for the verse, but Times New Roman for the other parts; it would probably look better if you used Bernhard for those as well.

GIMP is free program that works like photoshop, and I have a template set up for redemption that works in photoshop.

ask mosestall for his template, or if you use THE GIMP, I'll give you mine (it is easier to understand, but it is only the card)
