i downloaded a file to my paint shop pro for a whole card template that it all has layers, and it wont let me change the card name or anything. Does any one know why or is it my program.

Make sure you are working in the correct layer. In photoshop you have to click to activate the layer you want to work in.

It looks like Gil Galad's upload is down for the time being, so mosestaff's template is inaccessible. I can, however, access the dual-sided ultra-rare template just fine, so maybe you just have to try that again.

BTW, I found a good place to get the Lucian font (as well as any of the other fonts listed), if anyone is interested....

Regular or Lost Soul card.
