Maybe you could do your opponents hero or would that be to op

I like the part of Cain's existing (Patriarchs?) card that provides "retribution" if he is discarded by an opponent.  I think that fits the Biblical story better than just protecting Cain from Discard. 

And evil characters being protected from Discard, from both special abilities and game rule, is OP, even without the CBN.  With CBN, Cain would be in every deck. 

You can fix this by changing his ability to punish a player that discards Cain.  And keep the CBN, since it was God who "marked" him; things that God does should be CBN 

Yeah, i thought there was two sides to the verse, one that protects him, and another with retribution. I went with the one that hadn't been made yet. The verse does say God marks him so that people wouldn't kill him. But your right, too op.

I love this idea! Great card art and style!  However, I agree with the others. This card would be in every deck with the CBN and it is very OP'd. Maybe something like this: "Negate Banding.  Once per game you may discard your male human hero or reveal a good dominant to protect Cain from opponents'. Cannot be negated."

What if you made it protect Cain from opponents but only be CBN if Abel is the hero you discard?

What if it was you may protect Cain from opponents when Abel is in discard pile, after protecting Cain remove Abel from the game?

I could see this as a good way to express the story.  However, I would still reword this because it's a little confusing. Maybe this: "If Abel is in your discard pile, protect Cain from opponents' and then remove Abel after battle." I think this is a little clearer.
