thats a pretty nifty idea! Though I bet if you researched every card that said "may" it would end up pretty darn powerful...almost too powerful.

I would guess just the opposite. This card would force SAs to be used when you may not want them. Consider cards like Covenant of Noah, Unholy Writ or Unknown Nation - they can't just sit around waiting for an opportune moment.

WOW I was reading the card as "replace 'must' with 'may'" WOW I would never use this card. AUUUGGG REDEMPTION TOO COMPLICATED *runs away*
