Four Horns
Artifact
Connected to Prophecy
Protect all Heroes from band and exchange abilities. Twice per game after a successful block, you may capture a Hero regardless of protection.

Idol, Limited to two conversions
Protect magicians and false prophets from conversion. If Jezebel or a O.T. magician blocks, you may convert a prophet to a pale green evil character.

May be used three times
While blocking with a Babylonian, select a biblical book. All cards with a reference from that book cannot be negated. Opponent may underdeck a good dominant instead.

correct me if im wrong, but characters cannot be protected from themselves, so 4 horns doesnt work how you think it does.

Characters cannot be protected from themselves, but when they band they target whoever they're banding to. The way it's worded good cards cannot be targeted by a band or exchange ability. It also only protects cards in play, so they could still exchange with a character in deck, discard, or hand, or band to a character from hand.

It doesn't work as written. It needs to be a restrict.

Four Horns should work as written.  Cards cannot be protected from themselves, but band abilities do not target themselves.  When I attack with Simeon, if Four Horns is active, I cannot band to AUTO, because AUTO is protected from Simeon's ability.

AUTO could still exchange to hand or deck, as they are out of play.  But at least he couldn't be abused for CBN FBTN banding.

You might want to put a "may" on Image of Baal.

Love Great Image and especially Four Horns.

Four Horns is now a restrict ability. Just to be clear, restrict stops an ability even if that ability is CBP or CBN?

Restrict targets players and stops them from using actions or abilities.  I actually liked Four Horns better as a Protect; you'll need to reword it to be a Restrict, since it sounds like it is targeting the abilities themselves (which would be a Prevent, not a Restrict), despite using the word "Restrict".  Protect is cleaner in my opinion, and it is straightforward:  you can't target good cards with hero abilities.  Period.

Also, I personally try to not use "restrict" abilities in new card ideas, because it seems to be the "catch-all" word that stops something for which I have not been creative enough to stop through Prevents or Protects.

Why wouldn't Four Horn's "Twice per game" be in the Identifier to?

You have a couple of problems with this card.  First, and very minor, the second sentence would be cleaner if it just said "All cards with a reference from that book cannot be negated".  Second, and very major, abilities that grant CBP/CBI/CBN are now always CBN (basically they operate like identifiers), so the third sentence doesn't do anything.

Would an "instead" work in this situation then?  So "Enhancements from selected book cannot be negated.  Opponent may underdeck a good dominant instead."  Would this fix the negation issue since the CBN status would no longer happen?
