I like Council Divided even more! They're good and solid, not too overpowered or underpowered.

Council is a tad bland, but I love Aquilla.

I would say negate protection and immunity, not regardless of protection and immunity

I'm also tired of cards that specifically interrupt Wall. Just say, "If used by a NT Hero, force two evil characters to fight each other regardless of protection or immunity."

What's wrong with "cannot be negated or prevented"?
