Abraham, Ehud, and Asahel would have a lot of fun with this!

Very clever idea.

Neat idea, I really like it!

current:
"You may exchange this hero with an OT good non-royal male human warrior in deck or reserve. That hero gains purple brigade, the "king" identifier, and the ability, "Negate Fortress and Neutral Cards."

consider this change:
"Battle: You may exchange this hero and an OT good male warrior from deck or reserve to give the exchanged hero Kingship. (Kingship: character gains Purple Brigade and "King" identifier)"

Having keyword like this, can cut down on txt on cards, because eventually people will know what "Kingship" means, and you can eventually drop the parenthetical explanation.

If they search for a character that is already a royal, not big deal (i mean technically, the anointing prophet should fetch up a David card).
I recommend to take off the "Negate Fortress and Neutral Cards." because 4 abilities on 1 character seem REALLY powerful, and for flavor, the prophet just anointed a new king, they shouldn't have the skill to blow up fortress yet.

Well, I don't want anyone to be able to use throne or purple stuff off of Hidden treasures.

Hmm. I suppose at this stage of discussion, the card would need to be test played to see how pervasive it is with ToD. It may just not matter, or it may not be played over a card that can trigger ToD?

My thought is, Negating all fortress and all neutral cards seems really powerful.

Maybe just "and gains, 'Negate Throne of David.'" ?

I don't think it's too powerful, as it hits you as well. One benefit it does give is it negates your own Ram's horn, which may be too powerful. I personally would not play this guy if he didn't give a cool ability to the character he exchanges for, or if the ability only hurts you.

Well, he did give you a cool ability - in fact it was three. He searched for the precise character you need at the time (as opposed to drawing) - already powerful. Then it gave the character the ability to play another brigade it couldnt before - powerful, and then it added "King" so you can use triggers for royalty.
