I actually like that, it's a very interesting concept, very creative.  I'd personally rather see a Greek being needed to convert a Hero, but that'd be long.

Even with the once per game, this card needs an "in territory" clause.  Being able to use an artifact as an offensive battle-winner is what got us erratas in the past (see Holy Grail), particularly if it is regardless of protection (very strong).

I agree - cool concept! It could be held in an Aeropagus, too, as it depicts an idol. Perfect for Greeks!
