First, if you want to stop his ability from being stopped by an interrupt-end-the-battle combo, and make the card less wordy, just have it read at the end: "Cannot be Interrupted by an Evil Card". That stops
you from being able to manipulate him as the defender, but the rescuer can still stop him. On a side note, the archers (which have this ability) only target heroes in territory. I understand it makes more sense for it to be in battle based on his story, but something to ponder for balance.
Not sure if we should be adding more "regardless of protection" battle-winners, but it is an interesting idea. At least it is not CB-.
Not a fan of Michal. You shouldn't have a reactive Ignore each battle (plus, ECs shouldn't have Ignore as far as I'm concerned...), it's a bit too powerful and only mutli-brigade bands can immediately do anything to the card. Sure, you can interrupt or negate it, but the ability to choose a brigade each battle is a bit much in my opinion.
