Like juhnkect said, it kills all OT offenses, sitelock defenses, and also demon defenses, which is definitely OP. How about this: "Place in your territory. While a NT human Hero is in battle, negate special abilities on Lost Souls and Demons." That way it wouldn't totally destroy any themes, it could be used by both players, and it wouldn't be too powerful.
Not only is the card too powerful, it is not biblical. You are going on the asumption that the Holy Spirit was not in existance until Pentecost (Shavuot in Hebrew). "Gen 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."This is the creation of the world and the Holy Spirit is there, moving about working in the creation. I really like the idea of this card but I think it should be powered down a bit and give benifits to both O.T. and N.T. heros. There is also the argument that the Glory of the Lord is the same as the Holy Spirit. That would make 2 dominants of the same being and they could not be in the same deck (I think). I don't know how many people would argue it this way, but I do know alot of people (even bible professors) who interpret the scripture this way.
