Yes they are. Just because they have a resurrected body does not mean that they are not human. We dont evolve into angels when we die, we continue to be humans. Angels are beings that have entirely different purposes from us.And currently we do not Have a NT moses or Elijah, we have and OT Moses and/or Elijah that gets banded in by the Transfiguration.
