Note from the Editor

This set has been in the making since early 2013, when Scott and I came up with a set called "Tanakh," an Old Testament-centric set that most resembled a Patriarchs set reprint. This set evolved into one called "Keys to the Kingdom," and now, simply "Kingdom." The set's theme is the conflict between the kingdoms of earth and the Kingdom of Heaven. It is equally Old Testament and New Testament centric, and it derives inspiration from the previous Redemption sets Rock of Ages, Kings, and Thesaurus ex Preteritus. The set has not been playtested, it only serves the purpose of honoring the Redemption card game, and for being the largest fan expansion ever created by Redemption fans; a culmination of our ideas posted over the years on the New Card Ideas forum. I have been creating my own Redemption cards for over a decade, and created a fan expansion in 2013 with Scott entitled "Signs of the End." This set honors that effort as well. Thank you for viewing and offering your feedback!

Though I don't have time to delve into individual special abilities or balancing, I will say these are some of the slickest-looking cards ever! Well done! 8)

I tried a long time ago to create enough ideas for a set with the goal of making something very close to a balanced, believable product, but it was unfeasible for me. Glad to see you guys finish something similar that was started years ago.
If you were to go on a trip... where would you like to go?

It does take quite an effort to bring a product to finish, for sure.

Very well done! I would be "lion" if I said I didn't really like the set icon as well.

Really is a beautifully brilliant and thematic set.

The redemption is so strong.. The Flaming Sword is a perfect follow up to Michael, the Archangel for merchandising. I've been rocking my Redemption tee and tons of people are asking me about it!! Great way to introduce them to the game!!

Lost Sheep soul brings me to tears thematically.. The Repentant King.. I love how the Lord speaks His word through this game. So much fulfillment.

Wonderful applause

Amazing cards. The art for these cards are the best. Side note, Negated is misspelled in Judas' Betrays.
Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.

Thank you, The Repentant King, Nebuchadnezzar the Redeemed, and Kinsman Redemption are some of my favorite cards in this set, and represent what the game is all about to begin with.

There were many small touches added in this set to that effect as well. For example, Mary, Mother of Christ, Mary Magdalene, and Daughter of Christ are all looking up at the cross symbol!

Also, keep an eye for out for little add-ons to the set shortly. Many cards are still waiting to be balanced out and then to be added. If you have a Tumblr, make sure to follow the website!

Very cool soul, but it needs a bit of a tweak.

Since the third option will be selected almost every time, the curse discarding needs to come before the artifact pile shuffling in the order of the SA. Otherwise, only curses activated places other than the artifact pile would be hit.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
