T1 Multi is a very odd and unique category that only a select few has the patience to ender, this holds true more especially at a 5 person table for 5 rounds. As you all can see this is a LaFS deck, when we discovered the LaFS combo I knew it was a busted combo and at TN State while playing multi I made the realization that LaFS is absolutely devastating in multiplayer, I was originally just going to throw the combo in my other multi deck which was built around Devouring Philistines+Love, but after talking with RDT, he convinced me to just play the creation version. I chose the widow build over the follower for the fact you can play LaFS every turn, that on top of the Devouring+Love combo lead to a history-making performance.
The golden rule of multi is if you don't go first you're probably not going to win, I went first two out of the five rounds and won both of those games with a full win, and in both games (thanks to everyone else blocking each other and playing FA) the score was 5-0-0-0-0. All the other games I didn't go first and the games timed out.
Round 1: 3-way tie for 2nd
Round 2: full win
Round 3: 2-way tie for 1st
Round 4: 4-way tie for 2nd
Round 5: full win
another cool thing to note, is that there was a 3-way tie for 3rd place so for the first time in history every participant in a National category placed. Over all I had a blast playing Multi and hope everyone else did as well.
P.S. Sorry Ron for comboing you so many times. God bless.
