This was the Type 2 multi-player deck I used for the majority of this past season though it went through several iterations and of course was updated with RoJ once they were legal. I ended up using it for two rounds at Nationals before switching to my other deck that had more outright speed for the last two rounds once I had a better feel for what people were using.
I'm sure many people are wondering "why Blue & Green?"
It all starts with CoW Jacob. Over the past several years when I've thought about the T2 MP games where I have not been successful, most of the time it has been due to my hand being disrupted in some manner (Vain, Mayhem, etc). At 2015 Nationals I ran Self-Control, King's Pomp and Simon the Zealot for three potential hand protection options. When the Crowds LS was released, that gave me another option, but Moses CoW was still giving me trouble by negating Crowds. I decided I wanted to build a deck starting with Jacob CoW and just see where it led. I had used splashy Blue offenses in T2 previously and I really like the versatility that Blue offers. It has Ehud for CtB, Ira for FBTN, Eli and Ahimaaz for Urim and Thummim, and then some great banding options with Abraham and Noah. I decided to build on the Blue/Green theme by adding Faith of Samuel (great card for multi-player) and Provisions along with some of the other Blue/Green Heroes. For awhile I used the Kings Ira and Benaiah as well as Helez (K) so I had a FBTN banding option, but eventually decided to focus more on the Blue. Sign of the Rainbow and Obedience of Noah get a nice CBP bonus when I have Noah's Wife in play so they can be used on Ira for a really strong attack. Ehud is a great Hero for multi-player as I can steer clear of powerful Evil Characters that I can't beat. Faith of Jacob is a super underrated card as I could swipe a Hero and then attack that player giving them more incentive to not block quite so hard in fear of losing their Hero. Job was a last minute addition for his CBN protection and it paid off immensely in the first round of Nationals as a last round Great Image cleared the table of all the Heroes except Job, and he ended up getting the final LS on the last turn of the game.
The defense is one of my favorites for MP as Divination is a great way to get through one's deck without triggering things like Music Leader, or being stopped by Hezekiah's Signet Ring or Rain Becomes Dust. Using Faith of Isaac on offense and Divination on defense often gave me the speed I was lacking (compared to Throne or Judges offenses). With the decline of Coliseum in the T2 MP meta, I decided I could go back to using the CBN battle enders, especially since Dragon's Minions could search for Worshipping Demons.
