This isn't really meant to be a serious type variation, but I think it would be very fun from a deckbuilding standpoint. What if we took the "rule of sevens" and made it a rule? Every deck would need to have exactly:7 LS's7 Heroes7 Evil Characters7 Good Enhancements7 Evil Enhancements7 Artifacts, Covenants, Curses, Fortresses, and Sites7 Dominants1 Hopper (an oddball card that won't fit anywhere else and brings the total up to an even 50)It would be interesting to see the choices that go into deck building. Do you go with a strat that uses a lot of Fortresses so you don't have "wasted" Site slots? Do you forgo the use of Fortresses and try sitelock? Do you use a brigade with a lot of DAE's so you can gorge offense or defense at the expense of the other? Do you run Isaiah or Ezekiel to maximize utility? What do you think?
I would prefer it to be the "Deck of 8's" to make a nice 56-card deck.8 LS's (including Hopper)8 Heroes8 Evil Characters8 Good Enhancements8 Evil Enhancements8 Artifacts, Covenants, Curses, Fortresses, and Sites8 Dominants
