This is how it would work....You would play a sealed deck at many tournaments and at each tournement you tell the judges your cards in your deck after that catagory. Then at nationals you would be able to use only the cards you collected in sealed decks through out all your tournements to make one deck for nationals Build-a-BlockType.

Interesting idea. Issue is it would be too hard to enforce.

Crashfach did something like this with Booster Draft with his local playgroup for several months. I think they enjoyed it for a while, but the number of cards became huge pretty quickly.
