plenty of soul gen exists if you have drought problems it is your deck not the cards or the game

basically the game is made to work a certain way cards exist to counter balance people's complaints..
making a separate deck is changing the game
just like adding a side board to redemption would be changing the game

add cool cards keep great special abilities coming..
i don't think we need to really change the game.

i love redemption the way it is :D one deck to rule them all xD

baby steps :grouphug:

I foresee and support ultimate usefulness of the LS pile/deck for Sealed Deck at the moment. At least for I/J, I see the 10-card initial draw and the LS pile work well. The Sealed Deck category we played did not see the need for mulligan although it may have found use another time. We finished a round between 25-30 minutes.

Carry on with the blessed and fruitful discussion.

Peace.

I definitely agree that a Lost Soul pile, if it doesn't make its way into constructed formats, is great for limited.  I ended up winning the multiplayer booster draft because we played normal rules with no LS Pile and the normal draw 8.

I had Crispus, Melchizedek, and Titus Justus on the field.  There was a serious soul drought and no one drew Souls for 3 turns in a 5 player game, but I was able to get a Soul every turn with this combo and because of Titus Justus 2 of my opponents couldn't even block my Crispus.

Nice combo, that is awesome. I love when booster draft brings those together. I may have never thought of putting them in the same deck otherwise :-) similarly to fbtn heroes soul gen heroes are amazing in booster for that reason.

Has anyone tried this with multiplayer booster draft? Seems scary.. I mean multiplayer booster is enough of a gamble already but when every player has a soul out always it seems like it would be pretty quick and hardly entertaining :p
