I need someone= who is good with templates and art,one who is expetanal at rules,someone with photoshop,and someone who likes game design. this is a top secret ccg.(No that's not the name)

I'm exponential with rules, have Paint.NET (PS alternative), and like game design.  I'm not bad with art, but I'm not good either.  My brother is, but he's not on the forums.
