Anyone like his movies? I love pretty much all of his movies. Best actor of all time IMO.

Yeah, I've only watched about 40 or so. A lot of the black and white ones are. Not as good as the colored ones but I still enjoy them.

tbh, I find john Wayne's acting tedious and I thought the remake was better

tbh, I find john Wayne's acting tedious

For the most part I agree. His character was always the same, even though he did a great job with that character. Clint Eastwood is pretty much the same way. They make great gritty tough guys, whether they're a cowboy, a cop, or a soldier. But I can't really see them as anything else. To be a "great actor," they have to be able to cross over many genres and types of characters.
