Ha ha, I never looked at it that way, it's kind of like a movie about Jesus!
Picking a favorite Nolan film is as futile as picking a favorite Scorcese.
1) Goodfellas, 2) Wolf, 3) Last Temptation, 4) Taxi Driver
What is it?
Point Made. Note that his only Oscar winning film isn't even mentioned yet.
How, what is it about?

Those are the worst, I wonder if Interstellar will be nominated for any awards?
Quote from: LukeChips on December 06, 2014, 09:56:34 PMThose are the worst, I wonder if Interstellar will be nominated for any awards?Interstellar is going to win pretty much all of the technical awards this season. There are a handful of movies that rival it, but really, there's too much hype surrounding Nolan right now, and even if there wasn't, it's still better than anything else released this year on a technical basis. The thing I'm most excited to see in the tech department right now is sound design, and that's mostly to see whether the Academy "gets" Nolan's decision to have some of the dialogue get drowned out by the music and sound effects. It'll pick up nominations for Best Picture, Best Director (which will be Nolan's first), and maybe even Best Original Screenplay, but I'm not holding my breath for him to pick up his first Oscar win in any of these categories any time soon (though if it's any of them, it'll be Best Director). This is the first film Nolan's done that's pretty clear Oscar-bait, and it's well-executed enough that it'll get him what he wants.
