Saw it, and was disappointed.

The movie wasn't bad, but it "wasn't bad" in the same way Iron Man 2 or the first two Thor movies were not bad. I think that going in I had expectations that were too high based on how good every other movie in Phase 3 (from Civil War on) was.

On the otehr hand, Ben Mendelsohn and Goose were really good.

On a scale of one to five stars, I would rate this a "meh." Recommended for MCU completists, but skippable for anyone else.

I thought it was solid.  Not one of the best MCU movies, but probably in the middle of the pack somewhere.  Goose alone made it worth watching.

I took my daughter on a date to the movie. It was her first 1 on 1 movie with a parent since her older brother is usually with us. That alone made it really special.

The movie itself was good and we enjoyed it. I could see that it's good for females to have a "super Hero" since most the characters with powers in MCU are males.

Goose was awesome! I appreciated the plot twist for the "villain" of the movie midway through. I also really enjoyed all the back story that was filled in with characters like Phil, Fury and Ronin.

Overall is was far from the best Marvel movie they've made but it was well done and worth watching. If you're not a huge Marvel fan you can probably wait to see it on DVD/stream. It shouldn't have anything crucial to End Game, similar to how Black Panther had filler for Infinity War but wasn't needed to follow along.
Have you visited the Land of Redemption today?

I was expecting this once I learned who the "good guys" and the "bad guys" were at the beginning of the movie.  I've read too much scifi fantasy I guess, makes me jaded and expect stuff like this  ;)
If creation sings Your praises so will I
If You gave Your life to love them so will I
