I'm only going to speak to what I know from playing with and against, so I may not get everything. That said, here's my pairings and justifications:
Sons of Jacob (Hand Discard)/Evil Prophets. Both of these themes need a way to get rid of Storehouse, but with the amount of Brown characters, and False Leaders in particular, Image of Jealousy (and Peter's Curse) could help with that. They both fit the theme of messing with the opponents hands, and Deceit and Vengance is usable by your defence in a pinch.
O.T. Warriors/Philistines. This one was a tossup between Philistines (the obvious choice) and Syrians. Philistines are good here, and have a lot of big, scary characters that make negates and interrupts like Gibeonite Treaty and Foreign Sword great. That said, I'm not confident that Syrians (with Namaan in particular) aren't better. Philistines will be enjoying a buff with Line of Christ, so I'm learning towards them.
Joshua Heroes/Canaanites. Honestly, this has a lot of the same reasons as O.T. Warriors/Philistines. Big characters, dual alignment interrupst, and all the other Red/black Synergies (which will only grow with LoC. Plus, history futs well.
Colossae/Pharisees. Two Words: Gam's Speech. All jokes aside, speed plus speed is good, and Entrapping when your opponent has storehouse is just fun. That said, Gam's speech is the big reason to use this combination.
Flood Survivors/Babylonians. I think that the Nats decks speak yo this well enough. This could easily be animals, but with Anthropaphobia and Two by Two, you have some really good cats usable by both sides.
Ruth/Esther/Persians: There's some good synergy here with Kinsman Agreement and Honor your Enemy. Elders can recur Kinsman's, and Honour is flexable here. Plus, Vashti is great for drawing.
