Can someone please tell me why people are so hung up on Samuel right now? Is it because that banding chain that draws?

Yeah, it's pretty much the massive drawing combined with the fact that it uses Bravery of David, Samuel's Edict, and AoCP in the same deck without having to strugglebus it's way through the game for matching brigades. The main reason is because Pol said so.

I still haven't played against a deck with Samuel in it (except one using Sam in the seat).
