Mechizadeck will be a must since he is both Teal and Purple. King Amaziah, King Hiram, Abigail, Counsel of Abigail, and Valley of Salt are all great for Royalty as well.

It will be majority Teal with it being a total of 12 heroes and ten Enhancements.

II Chronicles 17-20 Heroes have some interesting Teal/purple synergy as well as easy recursion of AoCp, Zeal, Holy unto the Lord, or any other battle winners you plan to include.  Heroes to include would be as follows:

King Jehoshaphat (Pi) Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Purple • Ability: 9 / 6 • Class: Warrior • Special Ability: May band to any Hero with a reference from II Chronicles 17-20. • Play As: May band to any II Chronicles 17-20 Hero. • Identifiers: OT Male Human, King (Judah), Royalty, Fought Earthly Battle • Verse: I Kings 15:24 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Uncommon)
Bands to any of these heroes below.

Amariah the High Priest (Pi) Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Teal • Ability: 7 / 6 • Class: None • Special Ability: Enhancements used by this Hero cannot be interrupted. • Identifiers: OT Male Human, Solomon's Temple High Priest (House of Eleazar) • Verse: II Chronicles 19:11 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Uncommon)
Who wouldn't want CBI enhancements?

Elishama the Priest (Pi) Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Teal • Ability: 6 / 6 • Class: None • Special Ability: If Jehoshaphat is in play, you may place an O.T. Enhancement from hand or discard pile on a human Hero of matching brigade in your territory. The next time that Hero enters battle, that Enhancement activates and is discarded immediately. • Play As: If Jehoshaphat is in play, you may place an O.T. Enhancement from hand or discard pile [after a search] on a human Hero of matching brigade in your territory. The next time that Hero enters battle, that Enhancement activates and is discarded immediately. • Identifiers: OT Male Human, Solomon's Temple Priest • Verse: II Chronicles 17:8 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Uncommon)
He recurs your battle winners and makes them activate immediately, awesome right?

Jehoram the Priest (Pi) Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Teal • Ability: 2 / 3 • Class: None • Special Ability: If Book of the Law is active, you may place an O.T. Enhancement from hand or discard pile on a human Hero of matching brigade in your territory. The next time that Hero enters battle, that Enhancement activates and is discarded immediately. • Play As: If Book of the Law is active, you may place an O.T.
Same as above, the downside is that book of the law probably isn't worth the slot, you may want to drop this.

I would include the Silver trumpets that way you can band in heroes to activate your placed enhancements after you opponent has blocked.  This is an interesting idea, it might not be top-tier but I think it would be really fun to try!

I would also suggest making the defense be kings of Israel so that you can add King Amazing.

you can't Recur AoCP because it doesn't have a reference.

Quite frankly Kings of Israel are a more powerful option, and they make it easy to use king Amazing.

A Black/Orange defense might work alright though.  Black and Orange aren't all that strong alone but together they might work.

you can't Recur AoCP because it doesn't have a reference.

Darn you're right, I didn't think about that.

I need one more teal Hero.
Ahimaaz or Priests of Christ.

Here's what I'd do for a Purple/Teal offense.

Cards in deck: 22

Fortresses: 1
   The Throne of David

Multi-Color Heroes: 6
   Abiathar (Teal)
   Ahimaaz (Teal)
   Joshua the High Priest (Teal)
   Melchizedek (purple/teal)
   Phinehas, son of Eleazar (Teal)
   Priests of Christ (Teal)

Purple Heroes: 5
   Abigail
   King Amaziah
   King Asa
   King Hiram
   King Solomon

Multi-Color Hero Enhancements: 5
   Counsel of Abigail (Purple/Red)
   First Fruits
   Holy unto the Lord (Teal)
   Pentecost
   Zeal for the Lord (Teal)

Purple Hero Enhancements: 5
   Authority of Christ
   Peace Treaty
   Reach of Desperation
   Royal Parade
   Valley of Salt

IMO, it would better to go slightly larger, and maybe include Cheribum, Striking Herod, and a TSA.

Personally I would add Red in not silver.  Then you could use Ahimilek with the Silver Trumpets.  If you decide to add red I would add in Ahimilek, Jahaziel, son of Zechariah, Ishmiah the Gibeonite, and Heldai.

Also I think Jehoiada's strength would be a better add than fellowship offering.

If you are going to add Red, you might as well toss in Oak, Sam, Gideon, & Sam's Edict to make it a Sam deck.

That's true, but I didn't want to say that, because it deviates so much from the idea that was originally posted.
