What does this do better than a traditional Sam offense?
Ok, how does that make it better?
The various branches of Samuel offenses have proven to be very effective, so I'm asking what it is about the switches this offense makes that makes it stronger. Apparently, the answer is nothing?
I only asked once, and just now...

Okay, in BB's defense you did ask why it was better twice, and then insinuate the question again later, so its fair to say you were pressing him.

Maybe he posted on the forum to get advice on how to make his deck -dare I say it- fun?!  :o Just sayin, if someone comes up with a new strat (even if it's just a deviant from a traditional) we shouldn't slam it while it's in production.

that is all.   ;)

I asked the first time, and I was told it was less traditional. I asked how being less traditional made it better, and nobody answered me. I then reposed the unanswered question, which was itself asking for clarification to the answer of the initial question.

I asked the question once, then asked for the answer to be clarified twice. Context is king B)

Now, I get to take issue with you accusing me (by implication) of slamming. Never did I slam the idea; in fact, I expressed a desire for the idea to work. Normally I wouldn't get so worked up, but you posted with pretty much no purpose but to attempt (unsuccessfully) to call me out, so I am a tad peeved.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I recognize that this is not my forum, but even so. This whole "debate" is ridiculous from both sides; I love when people post non-traditional decks because it encourages creativity among other members, and it's nice to see new ideas thrown out there, since one "new idea" can easily become an inherent part of the meta if it's good enough. I enjoy seeing new ideas, especially since I'm currently experimenting with new ideas of my own. Now that said, this anger that almost always comes whenever someone criticizes a "different" deck is a little ridiculous. Pol simply asked what made it better, and when he never got an answer, he kept asking. While I don't think a question like the original one he asked is really conductive to what this forum (deck concepts) is about, he was perfectly within his rights to ask, and then persist in asking when he didn't get an answer. Basically, everyone chill out, you're arguing for zero reason.

As to the deck itself, I would cut the gold a little bit and add some purple. King David and King Solomon are a couple of the best musicians in the game, and Samuel can search for the former. Plus, that would let you add a battle-winner or two like Valley of Salt. I would probably cut Eli's Sound Advice, Deborah, and Battle Prayer, and add KD, KS, and VoS.

Valley of Salt (RA2)

Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: Purple • Ability: X / 2 • Class: None • Special Ability: Interrupt the battle and discard up to X Evil Characters. Opponent may place them beneath deck instead. Cannot be negated if used by King Amaziah. • Identifiers: OT, Depicts a Weapon, X = the number of your O.T. Warrior Class Heroes • Verse: II Kings 14:7 • Availability: Rock of Ages Extended booster packs (None)

He only has one W/C hero though (assuming it's the Ki version of David that he's using). Perhaps Counsel of Abby or Reach & AoCP instead?
