Would Prophets with a Daniel and friends splash make a good offense? it will be a Assyrian Defense is you were wondering.

It wouldn't be any better than Isaiah, the usual pairing with Assyrians. A Daniel offense can actually be good if you make sure it's fast enough, but with an Assyrian defense you're better off with Isaiah.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I have an offense that is Daniel+Isaiah, and though it's not Sam fast, I can usually deck out in 7-8 turns if the game lasts that long. You have access to First Fruits and Provisions, and Isaiah can be a +2 every attack (in addition to recurring some battle winners). Daniel+Michael (Kings) is an awesome band that can allow you to play Striking Herod, Protection of Angels, Two Bears, Blessings, and Words of Encouragement, all of which can win battles, and Daniel stops coward blocks.

I use Romans on defense, mostly because Vitellius helps me draw vs. Sam decks. Not sure how Assyrians would change the deck. I do agree with Pol that Isaiah helps maximize the effectiveness of an Assyrian defense.
