I dunno, the hand cap seems like it would stifle the really good kind of SitC deck that won Nats last year (has it really been that long?), and most comboey decks for that matter. I still might expect a few, but definitely not too many (being used by top players).

I say two. And I think 40% of decks will be using orange, crimson or both.  ;D
