I'm reading all these post about speed decks but I havn't seen any thing about what a speed deck is exactly. Can some one tell what it is and the concept behind it?

Draw cards to get your dominants before your oppent then get 3 Lost Souls in the process. Then play Son of God and New Jerusalem to get to 5.

No, you couldn't since Mayhem isn't a character or an enhancement, which are the two things that allow Gifts to draw.

Additional question : If you have Gifts up and your opponent draws (7 card from Hur for example) and Draws Ls's (lets say 2) would the replcement draws(2) count too?
Basically
Would you draw 7 (not including replacements) or 9 (including replacements)?

Yes, lets say you are drawing the cards. On the fourth card you draw, it is a LS. Then, you replace that LS by drawing another card,. Then, your still drawing. And, on your sixth card you are drawing, it is a LS, then you would have drawn another card, to replace that LS. So, yes, you would be actually drawing eight cards.

If your opponent was drawing would it work with Your Gifts. i know he would be drawing 8

Nope, sorry, you only draw 7, regardless of how many LS's your opponent draws. good try though

It does, because there is no stipulation on Abom about what causes the drawing.

It is not a bad combo but Mayhem can only be used once
I would prefer to use Hur for Abom

Wouldn't false peace and False priests help too? You could get Son of God AND New Jerusalem with them, if played right.
