I am building a T1 deck for my brother that is really good.
What themes should I do besides TGT, disciples, prophets and babylonians?
I am thinking Teal/Gates of Jerusalem.

Throw in Egyptians, GoH/Demons, Phillies on defense, and add in Purple Royalty, Musicians and Genesis on the hero side.  If you're up to it, you could add in the short-lived 1970 Spanish Inquisition theme.  I don't think anyone will expect it.

If he is really good you should let him build the deck himself and offer advice if needed.

He is 10 and is a terrible deck builder.
He has won 3 tournaments with the deck I gave him.
He is 1-10 with his deck.
I can't watch him suffer.
