I am building a offense with 21 cards (Characters and Enhancements only) what heroes and enhancements should I use? I prefer that it be all Blue.

I agree with most of KingLeo's suggestions, except I'd take out Sign of the Rainbow for Stone Pillar at Bethel or Storehouse and take Ehud's Dagger out for Captain of the Host. Obedience of Noah would be nice to have as well.

I agree with putting in captin but I didn't put in stone pilar at bethel and store house because he said only characters and heroes. I agree completely :)

Just to offer a slightly different prospective, I don't think Genesis needs a 21 card offense (only counting Heroes and Enhancements) to be competitive. I've always preferred to run Genesis enhancement-lite, and you might want to consider cutting back on the offense and using more defense or neutral cards. I think one of Genesis' main strengths is that it can be built with a balanced (albeit leaning towards offense) deck in mind. Just a different prospective. Otherwise, I agree with Underwood's suggestions.

I love Genesis offenses because of all the things you can do with them.  You can go heavy offense like Prof Underwood suggested, go concentrated Genesis with emphasis on Zeb and Joe, or do an FBTN lean.

Here's my Genesis offense:

1 Gold Hero: Moses
6 Blue Heroes: Rachel, Jacob, Eve, Joseph, Judah, Asher
4 Silver Heroes: Captain, Angel at Shur, TSA, Band to Blue Seraphim, AUTO
1 Green Hero: Abel
6 Enhancements Blue: Joseph before Pharaoh, Forgiveness of Joseph, Seven Years of plenty, Abe’s Kid, Abe servant Ur, Answer to Prayer.
1 Silver Enhancement: Striking Herod
1 Green Enhancement: Creation of the World

The emphasis here is on the FBTN/FBTNB.  I opted for TSA and Band to Blue seraphim over Zeb in this deck since it has that FBTNB lean to it.  Here you have  Seraphim + Rachel + Joseph + Captain/Abe's Servant to Ur as the main strategy with Eve, CotW, and Angel at Shur to get it out.  For back up there is TSA, and Joe with his enhancements.  Lastly Asher and Judah are in there for recursion.  On another note I think that Abel is super important for Genesis so that they have another hero to get CotW off with.

EDIT:  As Nameless pointed out Jacob AUTO > Moses should be in here.  Now it is.  It's a 20 offense btw

Why not  Jacob+ AutO > Moses

I didn't even think about that when I posted that.  There's a combo that should definitely be in there.
