Thought of this idea after seeing a deck concept of duo-brigade with no additional brigades on Heroes or Evil Characters
Deck Building Rules
1. Deck Size must be exactly 70 cards and Reserve must be 0-10 cards with exact even between Good and Evil.
2. Lost Souls
a. No more than 4 Lost Souls can have a Special Ability
i. No Lost Soul can have a discard, capture, draw, reveal, search, shuffle or withdraw ability
ii. No Lost Soul can have a rescue restriction or site adjusting ability (Site Doubler Psalm 1:4, Female Hero Jeremiah 7:18)
b. All 5 remaining must be meek
c. Hopper Lost Soul prohibited
3. Must use all brigades
a. Dual/Tri brigade cards only count as the top brigade in icon box
i. Moses (CoW) only counts for Gold brigade but of course still can use White and Green in play
ii. Abel (CoW) only counts as Blue brigade but still can use Green
b. Quad brigade characters only count as the top left brigade in icon box
c. Rainbow cards are not permitted
i. Kings of the Earth (RoJ) not permitted
ii. Sword of the Spirit (Unlimited/Deck A/Limited) not permitted
4. Good and Evil cards must be equal
a. Dual-Alignment Characters count as 1 each
b. Dual-Alignment Enhancements count as 1 each
5. No free/remove Lost Soul Dominants (Son of God, New Jerusalem, Falling Away [Women's])
6. No more than 8 dominants
a. 4 must be Good
b. 4 must be Evil
c. Dual-Alignment Dominants not permitted (Three Woes [RoJ])
7. Dual-Alignment Characters are permitted
8. No Dual-Alignment Character/Enhancements permitted (Fire Foxes [CoW)])
9. No Dual-Alignment Enhancements with more than 2 brigades (Sixth Bowl of Wrath [RoJ])
10. Territory Class can only be used as regular cards
11. Warrior Class (Except Dual-Alignment) must be 1 brigade.
12. Weapon Class (Except Dual-Alignment) must be 1 brigade and must follow rule 9.
13. Fortresses
a. Old Testament
b. No Temples
14. Lost Soul Sites must all be New Testament
a. No 2 sites can be same brigade
b. No site can be convertible to Hero or Evil Character
c. No site can be more than 1 brigade
d. No restriction on site abilities outside above 3 rules.
15. Cities are not permitted.
16. Artifacts, Covenants, Curses
a. Covenants must all be Old Testament
i. No dual brigade
ii. No 2 can be the same brigade
iii. Must have at least 1
b. Curses must all be New Testament
i. No dual brigade
ii. No 2 can be the same brigade
iii. Must have at least 1
c. Artifacts
i. Cannot be found in Temples
ii. Must have at least 1
d. No more than 6 of all above total
Obviously, with a deck like this, 2, 3, 4 brigade characters are going to be the most sought after for versatility of enhancement use
