I'm guessing this deck is missing a lot.
The basic idea is convert some EC's with Holy Grail, battle challenge with a prophet, play Visions or Sword of the Lord to start a side battle, play great image to kill all their heroes, use Head of Gold and Carried into Exile to capture all of their EC's. Next turn, drop Burning the Chaff to clear out all of the heroes you just killed with Great Image.
Household Idols and Arrogance to keep them from being able to do anything, Burial Shroud to stall them out, Strong Angel for punch, King Zimri, Rehoboam, Red Dragon, and KofT for stalling.
I'd be nice to figure out a way to get the captured EC's from the land of bondage to the d/c pile, so that they can be burned with the chaff. Use cards like New Beginning , Hur, and Mayhem to keep whatever they have left in disarray until you can finish them off.

You have too many artifacts, you could take out a few to give more ummf to your offense. As it is now I don't see you breaking through a mid to large deffense and still having trouble agains some smaller ones. You also NEED spiritual warfare. It's a cheep card that is 92% an instant rescue off hidden treasures.
-
Yeah, made the switch
-
No New Jerusalem? King Belshazzar is great to recur Banquet. You can probably take out Imperial Guard for him. I'd also take out Unknown Nation for Gifts of the Magi. With so many ECs, Nation isn't needed, and Gifts will let you draw 7 cards with Hur.
I can see some of the age in this deck. King Zimri Red Dragon really aren't that great anymore with most offenses having lots of CBN banding and interrupts.

Yeah, I added Belshazzar in.
No New Jerusalem, yeah--I've been wondering about the merits of leaving it out. Since this deck either pulls off its combo or doesn't, I don't really see the need to get greedy.
The reason for the small offense is that the defense is its offense.
I wonder what the advantages of taking this up to 100 cards would be. Double the trouble with enhancements, room for more speed, and it's not dominant reliant enough to have that setback. You've got an extra Hidden Treasures in case it gets killed, plus you can throw in some artifact fetching heroes and a way bigger defense with two great images, two heads of gold, etc.
I'd also take out Unknown Nation for Gifts of the Magi. With so many ECs, Nation isn't needed, and Gifts will let you draw 7 cards with Hur
Thought I already had gifts for some reason. And yeah, I noticed in gofishing it that Unknown Nation was pretty useless.
Who would go in good for Zimri/Red Dragon? I need a couple more stalls to pull this off.
Also, if I can't figure out a way to clear out the capture EC's, A New Beginning will have to go out.
Oh, Burial is actually in there for their shuffler, although it also works with the 2-liner.

Uzzah for one. He's one of the easiest blocks in the game. You could also use Magic Charms instead of Writ as both Astrologers and Chaldeans are Magicians. That would help free up your artifact pile a bit.

Needs
Babylonian Banquet Hall Headquarters at Riblah which conveniently you can use to discard all heroes in your land of bondage at the cost of discarding itself.

That doesn't get rid of EC's in my land of bondage, which is what this deck captures.
-
Ah, I see, in that case, I can only think of Babylonian Soldiers (who you have) and Nebushasban who can trade captured ECs with their Lost Souls therefore allowing you to rescue them producing the same effect as discarding->removing.
-
The new face of this deck is 100 cards with Isaiah. 2x Attending Angel, 2x Isaiah, 2x Seraph with Live Coal, 2x Search get your main combo out super-fast, and 2x Nebuchadnezzar makes it viable (especially if you can get a Horse on Nebby while Nergal is still decked).
-
U also might want to think about the Bab fort to discard all the cap'd heroes.
-
and some way to stop Nazereth...
Forest Fire - good (FF2)
Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: Green • Ability: 2 / 2 • Class: None • Special Ability: If Ezekiel or a Babylonian is in play, negate and discard a single color Site, Artifact, or evil card in play or set aside area. Cannot be prevented. • Identifiers: OT, Based on Prophecy • Verse: Ezekiel 20:47 • Availability: Faith of our Fathers Extended booster packs (None)
or
a some Assyrians for ASA...

Forgotten History could serve this purpose too.
