Is  there a brigade color for evil and good that has a lot of cards that will convert opponent's character in battle?

Good gold has LOTS of converts.

On the evil side, there isn't really a brigade that does that well.

For good conversion have

Zacheus (gold) for searching for forts
Seeker (red/gold/blue) CBN LS fountain
Soldier (red/gold/blue)
Lazarus (red) can play any conversion enhancement
Eve (gold) ignores women
plus 2-3 more gold characters or other red/blue standalone characters like thomas, mary magdelene, Jepthahetc, jael (for choose the blocker fun).

These converts
preching the truth (multi NT convert)
sanctifying faith (gold)
a new creation (gold)
Fishers of men (gold)
Power of the Cross (red)
Baptism (blue)

I also played with Furnace, Freedom, jaels nails ad such.  It was an OK deck.  adding Sabbath and Faith in our High Priests made it a bit better.

The problem with all of these brigades is they have a serious lack of interupt the battle and play the next enhancement cards.  They have some negates but no interrupt/play next enhancement.

but then again, if they did, these decks would pwn outright  ;)

For starters, use crustpope's list above.  But for gold, don't forget the new converts:
- Repentance and Restitution, which must be used by a Luke hero, but can't be negated.  Try it on Zaccheus or Good Samaritan or Thankful Leper or The Generous Widow or Simeon or Mary of Bethany or Elizabeth.
- Convincing Miracle, which also restores a hero from your discard pile and can't be negated in the end-game.
I'd use both of the above and drop Sanctifying Faith and Baptism from crustpope's list above.

Yeah, I forgot about the new ones.  Both sanctifying faith and baptism were "the weakest links" when I had to shuffle things in my deck and they sometimes made the cut, but often they missed the cut.  Baptism because, unless you add another blue hero, it can only be played on seeker or soldier ( sometimes I would put in eli to get to my arts quicker so baptism usually made the cut then)

but sanctifying faith has to be played on a character of opposite gender.  which works most of the time if you rescue with a female, but is useless most of the time if you RA with a male.   Bryons suggestions are far better than those two.
