I prefer claudia-e.t. - ob of noah choose potw Stillness to pull back e.t. and the enh. Courage to band him back play all the enh, rinse wash repeat.

Please use side battles. Hand and/or deck destruction would also be awesome in such a large deck.

lol, deck discard was made by RR and it's posted and I made a 154 card hand control that's 6-1.

I figure if I have around 250+ cards (all defense of course) I should be able to draw the cards I need with Bronze Laver, as well as start tons of side battles, discard tons of cards from territories, hands, decks, etc., and in general cause a lot of pain. Man that would be fun to play at nats.

The Bronze Laver...I never seem to be able to make that work for me, especially since I'm a defensive kind of guy.

Well at first it may seem like an offensive card, because you're giving up evil cards to draw more cards that might not be defense, but when you have a deck made up entirely of defense, it's awesome, because most of the time you'll have a hand full of nothing but evil cards, and you will most likely draw MORE evil cards. I've used it in a 63-card offenseless deck and it worked like a charm, especially as the defense depended on a few core cards (Rabshekeh w/ 2kh band with Assyrian Camp was one of them, once I got that out and a few banding ECs, almost nothing could get past...ever).

You do know that you can only have one side battle going on at a time right? To me, tons implies that you plan on having more than one at a time....I could be wrong and you may know this already, but I wanted to be sure you knew before you got too involved with the planning.

Yeah I know you can only start one per turn, I just meant you could have a lot of side battle cards and still have plenty of room for battle-winners. Side battles would also be a great way to set up and destroy your opponent's offense.

If I can, I am going to make a 250+ card "hero-lite" deck abusing Ambush. Imagine a type-2 sized offense with a 150-card defense...*drool*

Maybe I'll bring back the brown brigade ability-decreasing defense...that was evil with 100 cards, I can only imagine how much fun it would be with 250...

Persian Presidents and Kerith ravine (my Christmas combo to those who see this)

Gibeonite trickery.

I put in tons of uzzas, 10 to be exact.
10 Unknown nations already in there.
I have a few persien presidents, although self capure isn't really what I'm going for.
I may put in a few gibeonite trickeries.

I'm thinking of putting in complainersx10 and Gibeonite trickeryx10.

Oh, you definitely need Complainers, but 10 seems excessive, since they aren't one-time-use only like Uzzah and UN (and Gibeonite Trickery). You can use them again and again and again and againandagainandagainandagain.

the good thing about persian presidents with raiders camp is it is basically like a free uzzah and if you play gib trickery you can self capture again in 2 turns
