I feel like this would be the best way to fully utilize the power of evil Kings of Israel. You get to have 3x as many Samaria sites, as well as duplicates of both Gates of Samaria and of Ahab, who searches for it. Basically, this is just what a regular Kings of Israel defense would look like, but x3.
Right now, the cards listed below total to 109 by my count. That leaves 45 cards for offense, dominants, artifacts, and whatever else I need. I think the best thing to use on offense is probably TGT, since I'll be decimating all of my opponent's characters in play with Gates of Samaria. A few Watchful Servants might also be nice, since my opponent will probably deck. I'll likely trim down the defense a bit to make room for that.
Anyway, here's the rough concept:
21x Lost Souls
21x Samaria
3x Gates of Samaria
2x High Places
3x Plagued with Diseases
3x King Omri
1x Jezebel
3x King Ahab
3x Uzzah
2x King Jeroboam I
3x King Nadab
3x King Joram
3x Gomer
3x Complainers
3x Foul Spirit
3x Unclean Spirit
3x Abner’s Spear
3x Desolate Gateways
3x Face of Death
3x Gibeonite Trickery
3x Land Purchase
3x Korah’s Rebellion
3x Shimei’s Malicious Curse
3x Siege
3x Broken Cisterns
3x Taking Naboth’s Vineyard
3x Weakness
3x Crucify Him
3x Breaking Jerusalem's Wall
P.S. I don't think I have the resources to actually embark on making a deck like this, so anyone who sees this is welcome to use the idea.

My 154 card GoS playtest deck also used Threatened Lives, which allowed me to return Samarias to my deck for more searching with Omri (not that you'll run out of Samarias anytime soon). I also used a purple offense, since both King Hiram and King Solomon can also search for Gates (though TGT/WS might also be nice--when the deck was built, GoS only targeted Heroes). Honestly, as fun as it was to use, it was never terribly effective, and maybe won 1 game out of 4. The key to the offense is to have massive amounts of drawing capability (and now that purple royalty is a drawing machine, I found that to be quite possible). However, maybe it was just RTS, but all too often I would get a hand full of enhancements and Samarias, with no Israelite Kings or Gates, and I gave away too many freebies.
Of course, the most fun I had was getting my King Jeroboam I up to around 77/77 before he was forced to block and was quickly dispatched.

I will have to get a few more Samaria sites, but this will be my return to 154 card decks for sure.

This would be a great fun deck, not so fun tournament wise.

Perhaps if you had an automated shuffler of some kind. But yeah, you would be shuffling so often you'd hardly have any time to do anything.
