The only card I can think of that fits specifically into a White/Teal theme is
Zerubbabel, whom I can see being pretty good in a
Zerubbabel's Temple offense. If you use him, you'll probably want
Cymbals of the Levites, which also goes well with Musicians. So for your white, I would do mainly Musicians (which doesn't take up too much space and can be pretty effective), and for teal, do mainly ZT priests. Also,
First Fruits is a White/Teal enhancement that will speed your deck up a bit, and it fits nicely with Zerubbabel's Temple due to
Joiada, son of Eliashib.
So that's the basic framework I would start from. If you need more specific ideas or even an outline, I can do that for you pretty quick as well. I think I made a deck like this before. It's definitely effective if you use it right.
Another completely different strategy you could try is a Teal-Tomb-type deck. I don't know how well something like that would work now, but ask Gabe about that if you want to know more.
EDIT: I totally forgot about
Benedictus. Definitely use that card, especially if you go with Musicians.
