Hero: Gabriel from Warriors. 'Nuff Said.
Good Enhancement: Protection of Angels (it has saved my butt more than once...)

Evil Character: Prince of this World, hands down. A close second is Queen Tahpenes, because how awesome is it to steal your opponent's evil characters??
Evil Enhancement: Set Fire. Seriously. How fun is it to rip apart sites and forts with this card?

Dom: DoN, even though Grapes definitely intrigues me...
Art: Unholy Writ
Cov: I am Holy. Can you tell I like to play wreck-a-deck?
Curse: Unknown Nation. I have a slight obsession with this card... I'm quite convinced it is one of the best uncommons EVER.
Fort: I have beheld the power of TGT.... never used it, but it has ripped me apart before...

Best use of Queen Tahpenes ever - I stole my opponents Gold King of Tyrus whilst holding my own in my hand, two turns later when He AoTL'ed the one in Territory I blocked with mine from hand, probably one of my favorite redemption plays ever.

Oh forgot about New Beggining. Works great in my Type 1 defensless deck. Got 2nd place in 2player and 1st place in multiplayer with it. That card is really fun to use too.

There is no best card, it's the interaction between two or more cards that pwns. That's my "Secret of Steel"
Still, some favorites would be:
Women as Snares + Death of Unrighteous
Eli with Michael's Sword (check that out some time)
The Rabshacka with 2K Horses, converted to a silver brigade Hero. YES!
Any card with Rembrant or "Artist Unknown" art work
