Does everyone build decks with one strategy in mind?

Back in the day they were called such as:
FBtN decks
capture decks
... many others, I cannot remember them all.

Do you build your decks with one strategy in mind typically?

My strategy is to win at least one Lost Soul, so I am not shut out. Ironically, this is the same strategy I use in Pokémon (except with Prizes instead of LSs).

Well, usually people will have one good and one evil strategy. Depending on the size of the deck, they could have more, though.

Normally, people focus on themes. The one exception was The Deck, which began as mass CBN Banding and morphed into something else entirely when Scattered came out.
