site lock out can be very succesful but there are a few cards out there that can take sites.  I had my dragon raid stolen from me and lost access to my opponents sites and he gain access to my sites.
Should site lockout players even use dragon raid?  Isn't an integral part of site lockout getting rid of you opponent's sites?

yes, the object of site lockout is to remove your opponent's access.  Dragon Raid is a great card, but Pergamum obviously hurts it....
