Revisiting Types of Decks

I created this thread a while ago and wanted to act on a few of them.

I would like some help creating the best deck that utilizes these things.  Obviously these are not decks that I will be taking to a high level tournament and thinking I'm going to win with them.  I finally have a playgroup that is active and faithful (we sometimes play twice a week instead of a couple of times a month!)  I basically want the best deck possible that mostly consists of the "type of deck" being played.  Here are the following one I want to build!

Abomb
CTB
Deck Discard
FbtN
FbtNb
Hand Discard
Heroless
Herolite (Turtle)
Sitelock
Speed

I have a very good grasp at what it takes to build all of these decks, I mostly want helpful feedback as to what the absolute best cards to put in these decks are.  Again, these decks aren't necessarily designed to win every single game they play, but to implement what the deck is trying to do.

So this inspired me to make a guide for those that aren't as good at making decks. I've only done CTB so far, but I may feature more if there's interest.

As to your original question:

Abomb:
A-Bomb, obviously
High Places
Antiochus (an absolute monster)
More Greeks (Winged Leopard, Goat with Horn...those 3 are really all you need...)
Joiada/Z's Temple/Feast of Trumpets (gives you recurrable forced drawing)
Mayhem (can be played during their turn to nuke an artifact like Chariot of Fire)
The Generous Widow (CBN forced draw. The discard 2 can be wicked sweet too)
Meeting the Messiah (territory class forced draw so you can take something out before the battle starts)

CTB:
King Amaziah (with Kings of Israel to choose, namely King Jehoahaz (either Israelite version)
Obedience of Noah (with Jacob or Joseph+Hidden Treasures to use pre-block. Asher can recur)
Provisions (generally utilizing FBTN so they can't do nasty stuff. Micah can recur)
Cards to discard Covenant with Death and Darius' Decree (DoN, Captured Ark, etc.)

Deck Discard (in order of importance):
Gabriel (really nice to drop key enhancements)
Given Over to Egypt (discard 1 every turn)
Egyptian Spear (chain with Egyptian Archer so you can still band)
Queen Taph (steals stuff too)
Other Discard Top (Amasai the Raider, Angel at the Harvest, Huge Egyptian, Begging to go Back, etc.)
Seemingly Insignificant (I really like this card)

FbtN (rather outdated):
Ira/Moses/TSA/Benaiah/Captain of the Host (All Warriors)
Simeon/Jacob/Aaron/Angel Under the Oak
Speed Assist (Teal with Pentecost and First Fruits, Gifts of the Magi with Hur and Feast of Trumpets, etc.)
Multicolor enhancements (Fountain of Living Youth, Armor of God, etc.)
Artifact Discarders (to get rid of CwD, Confusion of Mind, Golden Calf, Holy of Holies, etc)

FbtNb (Pretty much check out Martin's Nats Winning Deck):
Captain of the Host/Ira/Benaiah/TSA (Enders)
Asahel/Heldai/Israelite Archer/Ishmaiah (Chainers)
Speed help (Teal or simply mustering for war. Defense can also be used)

Hand Discard:
Dan/Simeon/I am Holy
Emperor Galba/Heavy Taxes
Personal Favorite: Lying Spirit/The Terrifying Beast with Twice Afflicted
(I'm sure there's more, but I can't think of it ATM)

Heroless
Generally Saul/Paul (with Holy Grail and/or Healing of Namaan for the convert)
High Priest Palace (protects Saul from AotL, unless you plan on holding on to him with Healing of Namaan)
Brass Serpent/Herod's Temple/Lampstand (Dodge Christian Martyr)
AoCP/Zeal/AotL (to clean up any last remaining characters)
CwD is helpful to avoid tricky evil characters
Just watch for Grapes of Wrath and Goliath
A Really Strong Defense (that can completely shut down an opponent's offense. Wrath helps)

Herolite (Turtle)
Zebulun OR Watchful Servant (endgame killer)
Ahimaaz/Chariot of Fire/Temple/Lanpstand (recur endgame killer)
Kerith Ravine (if you're using Zebulun. Gotta get Ahimaaz out of the way)
Cards to stop Golgotha, Iron Pan, Covenant with Death, and Golden Calf
A Really Strong Defense...

Sitelock
Sites (generally mono, so you only need to kill a few heroes for speed decks, but it can backfire if they use that brigade)
ASA (Discards site access sites and Fishing Boat...there are other ways, but it's not as easy)
Territory Destruction (Beheaded is really nice, but general discard/captures, etc. can work)

Andrew's post is an excellent guide.  I'll fill in a few ideas that he didn't mention.

Hand Discard:
Dan/Simeon/I am Holy
Emperor Galba/Heavy Taxes
Personal Favorite: Lying Spirit/The Terrifying Beast with Twice Afflicted

Hand discard could be extended to "hand control" and include Spirit of Temptation (place a card beneath deck) and Words of Discouragement (return 3 to top of deck).  If you can get their hand small enough, they will never recover.  Plus, since they will keep their most powerful cards in hand, if you can pull off some discarding after their hand size has been reduced, the pain compounds.

Also, the Generous Widow.  Enough said.

Deck Discard (in order of importance):

Warrior's Spear is excellent as well.  From the brigades mentioned above, your deck would consist of Silver, Red, and evil Gold.  Anything with Silver/Red can be stretched into FBTNB.

I believe Philistine Outpost/Philistine Armorbearer/Goliath/Land Dispute would be necessary for any dedicated sitelock deck as well.  Goliath can win battles if your opponent only has one hero that has access.  And Land Dispute is TC-stealing of sites.

Also, artifacts that negate heroes are helpful, as most site access on heroes is negatable.

The power behind a hand control deck is that you have to be able to fuel the control. Constant speed/searching to maintain a certain gamestate. However, in order to maintain that gamestate, you must first reach that gamestate.

In this game a player (at minimum) draws three cards per turn. So a card that discards 1 cannot keep up. This is what makes Words of Discouragement a good card in this stradegy because it targets three cards.

After you reach the desired gamestate, you must maintain the control. Mass board swipes, cards that stop your opponent from drawing/attacking, and spot removal. If your opponent has no hand and yet has a strong board presence with large banding chains on offence or defence, you may lose.

And lastly, you need a win con.
