If you've ever done trades in fantasy sports or the like, I think that would be a good model.  A checkbox that allows you to choose your wants from another player's list, then check boxes next to your cards.  Then have it create a trade summary for each player, cards to trade, value estimates, player addresses, etc.

Okay, I think i see what you are saying. Here's what I was thinking: You make a want list and a "will trade" list. Redemption Connect will automatically search and pair want lists to "will trade" lists. How does that sound?

That's a good idea.

Actually, it's not my own. I must give credit to the people who gave it to me. Jagex's Runescape. XD Basically it'd would be their Grand Exchange, Redemption style.

Yeah, I kinda stole that from MGO.

Also: why was this moved to the Market?  This is only a small feature, that hasn't even been implemented yet.

I'm not sure what the "edit" button does in regards to lists as it doesn't let me access it.  It would seem that "view" allows you to edit the list as well.  Is this what is intended?

Suggestion:  I'd imagine it wouldn't be all that hard to implement the code you used for ordering cards (by set, brigade, or type) into the actual lists and decks themselves.  I think this would be very useful to look at decks sorted in a specific way.  Along those lines, some people's want or have lists can get quite lengthy so it may be useful to include a sorting feature for those as well.  Perhaps you could also implement a reorder option so that the user can put their lists in a specific order (say priority).

Hope these have been useful!

The originator chose it to be in the Marketplace area.  We are expecting it to be of great help to players and traders as well.

Thank you all who have been supporting and testing this great project.  We anticipate full functionality and tweaks as we all make our contributions to help the programmer with the project.

Thank you, originator!

Godbless!

Announcing a new feature! You can now share the links to your public lists! Great for making a list and posting in the Redemption Market! Just right-click the name of your list and click "Copy Link". Then share that link like so:

Is there some way to label a card?  For instance, if I was organizing my cards, could I label some "Box 1", "Box 2", "Somewhere on desk", etc?

What if when viewing cards, it'd say what list of yours they're in? That'd probably be simpler. Just have lists "Box 1" etc., and then when looking through the cards, you could find where it is.

I think he's talking about within an inventory. For example, I separate my inventory in 3 Boxes: Good Box, Evil Box, And Neutral box. I believe he's wanting to label cards in his inventory so he knows which box it's located in.

Just finished implementing this! Lists are now paged and can  be sorted by name, brigade, or type.

Sorry about that. It was a bug caused by restricting access to only the owner, but it was instead restricting access to everyone. You should be able to use it now. By editing your list, you can change the name of the list, it's type, and wether or not it is public.

I just spent a few hours playing around with it and I sent a list of bugs/possible implementations to the email on the website. The bug site (ticket) was not anywhere on the page and forgot that this post was here. I do have a couple of other ideas as well as I was going to try and do something like this, but make it more of a search site than a deck builder/list maker site. I will send you an email with what I wanted to do and maybe we can update the search system to be like this.

Oh, and in other bad news, I was #15, but one of those is Lord Zardeck, so there are either 1 or no more registrations available.

Well thank you very much for your hard work! And for the fact of registration, due to the fact that there were already 4 others helping me pre-alpha, there will actually be 20 players listed when registration closes. So there are actually 5 more registration slots available.

Two more suggestions:
When I'm searching for brigade, don't include the multi.  That only makes it confusing.  Is there some way to change it so I'll see all Purple enhancements, regardless of other brigades on the card?
Also: Warrior class/Weapon class should be a tag that I can search for.

Yeah, I've already talked to him about the brigade search and adding identifiers, but I forgot about WC. He did a lot on getting the add function to work correctly and everything seems to be in working order. So, adding cards into your deck or inventory will be much easier when doing multiples (I am a T2 player after all...).

So here's a poll: Which would you rather Redemption Connect! be? A single page app (similar to this) or website-based app (like it already is)?
