Because of all the new cards many different deck ideas have been made better so i was wondering what everybody thought about making a red brigade, and if you all think that deck that could place at a tournament.

Well, I've heard that someone was thinking of adding a Red brigade in the past, but I've never seen a deck that uses it so I think it got scrapped somewhere along the line. The idea was, create a Brigade with a bunch of characters who never get initiative, make it the only Brigade without a "play next" Enhancement, then give it a ton of single-target battle-winners that can be Negated by anything. Who knows if in the future, such a Brigade may be playable.

They have Naharai, and all the new red cards are exceptionally awesome; Red offenses might be a competitive strategy from now on, but to place in a high level tournament, they would have to be in the hands of a genius.

All the new Red cards? Red got like three mediocre cards, I don't see how that's going to fix its problem.

They got 1 great card (centurion), 1 usable card (Asahel), and 1 meh card (prayer). Unfortunately, Red still stinks.

Yeah, but recuring enhancements is nice. You now have two choose the blocker characters, with jael's nail and freedom and a way to play them.

Red cards are not that great. Most of the unlimitedcards are red. My grandma got me a box of unlimited cards for my birthday and almost 60% of them were red. I had a huge stack of red cards and I gave away all of my crap cards (i.e. 2/0 no special ability) and my stack was small.

Going off of this, I would say that no red brigade deck would placeat a tournament.

I beg to differ: I once won a local tournament with a red deck. :)

Hm... I'll try to win a big tournament with a red brigade hero... does that count? Seeker should do well in my NT female deck.  :D

Do new members start out viewing every single thread ever as new? If so, that should be changed. But then again, doesn't a warning pop up when someone tries to necropost?
