This deck seems a little too large for type 1. Most t1 decks are 50,56,or 63 cards with the occasional 70 card site lock deck. You may strongly want to consider dropping the number of cards down for it to be competitive. Also, you have too many enhancements. In most decks the number of enhancements and characters are usually about equal.

Try using "the rule of seven" for your first deck:
7 GC
7 GE
7 EC
7 EE
7 Artifacts
7 Fortresses/sites
7 Dominants
7 Lost souls
Also, why no Angel Of The Lord or Grim Reaper cards?
