What sites would you use?  What defense would you use with sites?  More importantly, why?

Which Sites? Hm... I always use Pergamum to stop Dragon Raid and Hormah to hide lost souls. I typically use the rest of them as red since red is weak.  ;D

I typically use black or brown for site lock, since they have a lot of cards that negate heroes and/or steal sites.
As a national champion, I support ReyZen deck pouches.

I like to start with two bunkers holding three Marines and a Firebat. Then I start deploying Siege tanks...oh wait, wrong game.

I use Pergamum for the colorguard and to stop DR, Babylonian Banquet Hall, and three Babylon. For defense I use Philistines with High Places, Land Dispute, Danites Attack, and Lying unto God with Amon to get some back if they have an ungodly amount of Site access. It's also important to include non-lockout defense in case they bring in an access Hero or you get Hopper'd/Woman at the Well'd/etc. Fortunately, Black has an overabundance of that, too.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I do Pergamum, TeP Kir, Ashdod since i do a philistine deck, Jericho, Mildewed Houses, Dangerous Road cause I couldn't find a new one i had, hormah. This works surprisingly well. I did really good against my friend. Stalled out his 105 type 1-2p deck. to my 70 card deck.

kinoshita house, lagrange four, möbius gardens, mahjang parlor, use faction specific foundation sites if you want...oh wait.

I think that the sites that you want are really variable based around what else you are using as unless you are simply playing them en mass, you want them to be beneficially interacting with other cards. Thus coming up with a definitive site list is pretty much impossible as it depends on what kind of deck you are playing. Certainly some archetypes will want to use certain sites almost for sure.
