Hi guys, remember me? I feel like I've been on Hiatus for longer than Mr., but as many of you may know, fatherhood can do that to a guy. Anyway, tomorrow my gracious wife is allowing me to attend NC Regionals tomorrow (well actually, she also will be gone for the weekend, so it's actually my super awesome parents who will be attending to the needs of my daughter). But, since I've played a total of 1 game of Redemption in the nearly six months my daughter has been alive, I have no idea what to play. So that's where you come in.
If you have a deck idea that you wanted to try out for Nationals, but you don't have any tournaments coming up, feel free to PM me a list along with your ideas on how to pilot it, and I will use the one I like the best at Regionals, along with a full report of strengths, weaknesses, how it fared vs. certain deck types, etc. I will keep your identity 100% anonymous. T1 or T2 2P. I have access to all the cards (personally missing a few FoM cards, but Im sure I can borrow/buy them as needed).
A few details:
-I unfortunately will not be at Nationals, but on the positive side, that means that you won't have to worry about me teching against you then.
-I would need a list sent to me by 6:00 AM tomorrow.
-I'm certainly partial to control/combo style decks, but
-For my favorite three deck lists along with how to use it that I don't end up using, I will send a free FoM pack. Include your address in the PM if you're interested in that.
-Like I said, you will be anonymous, and the only people who will see the deck will be my opponents (aside from folks who may sneak a peek at the playing tables).
-Feel free to send multiple decks, though only one will be chosen for either prize (pack or tournament report).
-This also applies to anyone who will be attending NC Regionals but is either playing in a different category, or is using a different deck that day (I suppose you could give me your exact deck list you plan to use tomorrow, but what fun is that?).
PM me or post here if you have questions, I will PM the person selected and any other people chosen for the packs tomorrow morning. If I get no responses then I might have to just put together a Heroless deck, and no one wants to see that...
