Why King Josiah? ET would be a much better fit as AoC can be played pre-block and he can get Philosophy back.

I'm not certain, but I would guess that since King Josiah knocks out Asherah pole, and can play aoc, he was included. The pole was one of the few anti-FBTN counters in those days. :-\
